Default how do i open binary files

can someone help me open one of my files its binary and it wont let me open it what do i open it with

sometimes you can, highlight the file, copy it to the clipboard. then paste it in a different folder, then rename the original to a .txt format. Make sure you make a good copy before messing with it.

ok it says it is to big for notepad

a hex editor is the best way to open them
