Hello,

I was wondering if there is a burner that you would recommend. My main purpose is just to back up my dvd collection and i really did want to buy a expensive piece of shit. Im also going to be using the drive to rip dvd's and burning both single and dual layer dvd's ( singlers will be + and - ). I have a JVC XV S500 dvd player that I bought about a year and half ago and im concerd about the playback of DVD-R+/- and DVD-R DL playback. I am also a 15 year old kid so cost is kind of a factor. If the LG is a good for burning DVD-r +/- and DVD-dl then please tell me because speed of buring is not a factor im not planning to burn more than 4x for all three of the formats and i dont plan on using DVD-Ram much.
