a-patch is safe. Ive use dit on all of my live messenger/msn messenger builds. Use it wisely though, if you tick everything, it'll look stupid and you wont know what you've done.

i used a patch since messenger 6.5
and it's great
but choose your option wisely like elmarcorulz said

Remove Nudge delay
it's in page 7 if i remembered right
