Question Software "Amplifier" ???

is there anything that could make a video clip/sound clip that has very low audio louder? I usually have no problem listening to things on my laptop, but sometimes videos and sound files have very low audio and i can't turn up the audio anymore.

You could use external speakers or head phones with a volume control on the cord. But the real problem comes from the audio level at the time the files were recorded. You could try a different player or raise the level for wav file playback since players like Windows Media Player depend on that.
