so i am having problems with itunes and quicktimes. i just did a full system recovery so i had to download everything and put everyprogram on again. when i first got itunes it worked. i took off all the songs on my ipod and put them in there and it played them. about 4 days later i could not open itunes. i would get that error box that said "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.....Please tell Microsoft about this problem.....send error report.... don't send" i did a sreach on google and other people have had this problem but have not found how to fix it or the ones that have, their way didn't help me. i have tryed to uninstall and reinstall itunes. when i try to delete quicktimes i get "Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL Function call crashed: QTInstallCode.QuickTimeUnInstallProc
Setup will now terminate." quicktimes does not open either. does anyone know how to fix this. i was think of doing a system recovery but i dont want to lose all my data again unless i have too.
