I know that if you have an Nvidia video card, the newest drivers will let you overclock. For the CPU if you have a Gigabyte board they come with, or you can download software that lets you overclock in windows. Look up your model number and manufacturer of your motherboard to find out which jumpers, if not in the BIOS, you have to move to manually overclock.....

for your 6600gt, pick up the coobits2 registry hack from guru3d or some other site like that, just google coolbits you'll find it oh btw, hows your card work now that you've got it all connected properly?
