Need PC Help

Hi, I have a very bad virus on my computer and I have no idea what to do. I tried doing this malware tutorial that's like 'nicks omputer security guide' but that didn't fix anything. I got the virus from downloading GTA: SA from limewire, which I'm never going to be using again or having on my PC. The problem is limewire and morpheus, and aim triton. In my C drive I see a whole bunch of files and applications, and I've tried deleting all of the ones that should'nt of been there, but they just come back. The virus started of by just ahveing a few pop-ups, and I didn't really mind, and I thought it was just a small little virus that wouldn't hurt. But now it has infected about 3 of my programs severely and it is making my computer say "virtual memory to low" and "The file aol is corrupt c/program files/all users/aol/aol instant messenger/". If I try to uninstall any of the programs that are infected (morpheus, aim triton, limewire) the virus pops-up and is telling me that limewire isn't working and I have to install it. It sais this for the other two programs that are infected.

I have no idea what to do. I would record a video but my camcorder is being fixed and I don't want to buy fraps. Anyways, here is a screenshot. It might now look bad but if you tried to use my PC for one second you would be extremely frustrated.

My computer has slowed down 3x how fast it usually is. My internet speed used to be 100.00 mbps and now my computer seems like it's 40 mbps.

Please help me someone! I need my PC to be fixed!
