Default G or N card ???

Hi I have a 10 meg line that I make full use of, i'm going to connect wirelessly as soon as I get a router but am only interested in connecting my one desktop computer. It will be 15 feet away from the router and seperated by a thinnish ceiling. I am probably going to get the belkin pre n router because of it's good reviews. (although will a cheaper router still give close to ethernet speeds, there is only a 15 foot distance after all)

However belkin's pre n card is pretty expensive, I was wandering if I got the belkin 125 g card, if there would be a big reduction in speed.. (remember only 15 feet distance (I know bugger all about networks))
