Nomad Explorer freezes when browsing zen touch

I have the Creative Zen Touch 20GB MP3 player
this is what happends when i go to view my data files in my zen

My Computer>Nomad Explorer>then it says loading. goes from like 23% to 47 then makes it to 99 after awhile and finally gets to my files
once there i have my folders; stuff,documents,pictures.
i try to open any of them and the whole nomad explorer freezes up and makes me press alt control delete and shut it down(it says in the task manager it is running not "not responding" for some reason...

i don't know what is wrong with it someone pleaseeeee help

oh by the way i have tried on all of my computers and my sis's laptop so it's not the computers messedupness

I don't really have any other suggestion than to make sure you have your stuff downloaded, and then reformat the device. Probably will save you some time in the long run...

well i can't transfer the data with my problem and i don't want to format because that will make me lose my data

Ah, good point, have you made sure that the drivers or interface program is up to date?

do you have quicktime installed? it often has issues with creative programs(that was the reason i couldnt use my creative mp3 player but as soon as i uninstalled quicktime it worked)
