On the bottom of the adapter, is there any sort of additional model or serial number?

nothe only numbers are 0539 and thats it! shame really and i think im just going to give the company a call, the drivers dont seem to be any where. i had the instalation disk but not any more. also the hardware was installed about a year ago and for some reason it doesnt work anymore, i dont understand so i have to reinstall the drivers.
is there anyway that i could get them off the internet? like prompting them to look for the drivers itself? know what i mean? thanks!!!

Windows can automatically look on the internet, but that I believe is something that they only look in the Microsoft archives. I wouldn't recommend doing this anyway, it's a system that doesn't work well, and if you happen to find the "appropriate" drivers they don't really work all that well... If you want to download them, call the company and see if they can direct you to a location on their website.
