HELP: This Zen Vision:M is giving me hell...

It's not finding it on windows XP, I've looked for soooo long and can't figure out how to get it to work. I hate MTP devices lol(that's what this is) why can't all the the mp3 players and stuff be like where you just plug it in and go into my computer, that'd make it so much easier. So does anybody know how to get this P.O.S. to work? lol it's great when it works, but when it doesn't, I want to kill it.

it sucks, but the only way I could get it to work is with the software. I think Ipods are the same damn way, you have to use proprietary software before it shows as a drive

It says it works with Windows Media Player, and I have WMP 10, so it should work just fine. But do you know where I could get some software made by creative
