I'll be upgrading to a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Extreme Sound Card soon and will later want to get 7.1 speakers for it, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg. So I'd like to stay between mid-range to low-end.
Suggestions and/or recommendations anyone?

I think you should actually go with a HTIB. Better quality, and you can use them for more than just your computer if you want to.
Plus, the speakers he showed you are only REPLACABLE, not UPGRADABLE. Think of a HTIB as a desktop you can buy new parts for and substitute all you want. You can't do that with the other stuff. better quality, and you can get them cheap too, and then get more expensive ones later one, bit by bit. |
