Default How does this build look?

I found my old notepad with all my comp parts I wanted, i changed a few how does this look for a good gaming system? The only things im worried about is the mobo. Is there a better one that works with everything else I have, because my last system the mobo got outdated fast and i was screwed. Dont want a repeat. And I dont want my overall price to go past $1,400.. so any thoughts?

Not bad. The ZS is good but an X-Fi would be even better! Also, consider going Conroe. I was a total AMD fanboy up until my good friends here convinced me otherwise ;P The new Conroes really do have the power underneath them!

How long till AMD puts out a proc like the conroe you think? After my past history with intel.. like my past experience with ATI lol..

Hows the mobo, that is my main concern.

Excellent Case

AM2 CPU OK, but intel duo core would work better

For the motherboard you could get something far better without all those driver problems.

Graphic card, excellent for gaming. If you really had cash you good get the high end ATI series.

RAM seems good to me. No probs reported

CD drive could be better.

Sound card fine, but you may have to mess about with it.

I reccomend the following card, it is the same price and no problems are reported.

You're not supposed to reuse it...you can...

but for rules sake...lets just say its against the law.
