is there such thing as a transformation pack that is

A) doesnt make your comp run slower
B) fully able to take the stuff off?
C) fully re-do your look? (ie. with the OS X one make your icons on the bottom liek the real OS X)

cause i instaleld the first one...made my comp run slower....uninstalled it, but stuff is still there like the apple boot screen, and it is still running slow for some reason....

edit: is there a way to redo my desktop without using a pack? like on ubuntu you can do everything yourself and make it look almost exactly like OS X

A) What are your PC specs? Most OSx packs uses different types of files. For example, png images instead of ico for the icons which can slow down your pc if it isn't able to handle it.
B) shut off? What do you mean the shut off?
C) Most transformation pack will not fully redo your pc for you. You will need to install other things such as objectdock or similar, a taskbar replacement, etc...

As far as the boot screen, you can get a program such as bootskin from wincustomize.com to fix it. Or if you want to do it manually, which is harder.

i have 2 gigs ram, amd 4000+ 2.4ghz. i dont know why it made it run slower...although now my computer is running slower in general....could it be cause i have linux also on it? could that have slowed it down? if so then maybe i will put the pack abck on...

edit: and by take the stuff off, i mean take everything off without still having randoms parts of it on (like the boot screen)

The one Motorxdude posted works great for me, no slowdown at all, and it looks pretty good too

the things i am mainly looking for are

1. windows are the same (red yellow green buttons ect etc)
2. has a bar with the icons on it like in OS X.
oh and 3. an unistall feature.

edit2:just figured out how to make the windows like OS X but how do you make the icons like it on the button like in the screen shots on that page?

it might just be me...but it seems that it meses with my ping in games when i have this on....

edit again....it seems i lost my windows xp theme? now im stuck with a windows classic type theme....i dont have the good OS X windows. just big, white, windows that look like windows classis
