$300-400 vcard need help

hay guys my friend needs help on finding a good vcard he can onli spend $300-$400 it needs to b pci-e slot and the currency is AUD he doesnt care if its nvidia or ati as longs as its the best of the best in the $300-$400 range

Sapphire x1900xt 512mb
or
BFG 7900gt oc 256mb

ehh...Personally i think SLI and crossfire is the biggest waste of money. So it really depends on if your friend wants to go sli in the future. If so, he would have to go with the 7900gt. But i believe that the x1900xt performs better than the 7900gt.
