Need recomendation on webcam
I need a webcam that must have the following features.
-Atleast rotation in 2 directions. IE right/left or up down. -Web based iteractive mode. -Cat5 plug in to plug directly into the router. -Picture quality doesnt have to be good Don't want to spend to much... This will be my attempt at powering on a PC from a remote location. Thx for the help.
