Default Can this mobo work on my system ?

ECS(EliteGroup) 945P-A (Intel 945P) Dual-Channel DDR2 i looking to change into this mobo but not too sure if my spec ( see sis ) could work since my ram is ddr1 400 not sure it can work on this mobo as it says ddr2 400mhz
