some programs dont work right. i.e. firefox.
the computer is running really slow.
when you hit Ctrl+Alt+del the task manager shows nothing but the programs running.
i ran a scan from the panda website and it showed up with 140+ spywares. ran spyware and adware fully updated and neither of them detected the spyware.

Run hijack this, click the "open misc. tool section" button, click "open uninstall manager>click save list,yes to the prompts, notepad will open with your add/remove programs list.Post that list here.

Uninstall the following.

Viewpoint Media Player

Reboot your computer and go to 'C:\Program Files\' and delete the above folders if still there. Also delete 'C:\Program Files\Ares\'.

Before we proceed, any idea what this entry belongs to- AppInit_DLLs: '86.dll'. Could be good or bad.

Another issue i see is your running 2 antiviruses. Chose one and remove the other.

InetDctr Viewpoint Media Player Reboot your computer and go to 'C:\Program Files\' and delete the above folders if still there. Also delete 'C:\Program Files\Ares\'. Before we proceed, any idea what this entry belongs to- AppInit_DLLs: '86.dll'. Could be good or bad. Another issue i see is your running 2 antiviruses. Chose one and remove the other.
