Anyone work out here? Post what you do such as running, lifting weights ect.

I do alot of running and simple work outs at home that help my flexibility as well as make me a stronger person( i do them for the wrestling team)

I lift weights whenever I can. But since I can't drive yet, and my homework is KILLING me, I haven't and probably won't get the the gym for a while.

I do a lot of bike riding when I can, for fun and for exercise, and I plan to get to some weight lifting this winter. It all depends how bad my homework situation and such is.

Oh bike riding,yeah i do alotta that too,but its more so my transportation,but it still helps!

I would like to run and try to lose alittle weight but my knees hurt real bad for the next few days, it feels like someone is sticking a knife in the side of them. Anyone know what I could do to help protect my knees while running?

You need to stretch alot,it'll help with stuff like that,unless you have a swollen knee or something.

Right now since i'm working when i'm not in the lab my exercises are limited to all of the stairs as well as all of the angles an stuff i do at work with the cables and all the work i'm doing.
