Can I record phone calls?

Using dsl, can I record all incoming and outgoing phone calls on my computer automatically? even if a phone elsewhere in the house is being used for the call?

It is not legal to record phone calls unless both parties agree to it. I don't think the forum will support such threads.

I have been able to find software that performs this function for a dialup modem. Legal. It will play a warning or disclaimer message at the beginning of the call
