Default Need help on PSU

Basically i bought all the bits to build a new system. I got my uncle to build it he built it all but the PSU didn't work. He put a 450w PSU in and installed the OS with it working fine. I emailed the company about the PSU not working and they said the following.

"
Dear Billy,

I have raised an RMA number for you to return this PSU for a refund. The Q-Tec
PSU will not be able to power the components you have bought. Please follow the
directions within the RMA email I have sent. I would recommend a FSP Sparkle PSU
500W or 600W

Regards,"

Now i'm thinking i am on a tight budget and don't want to spend much as the one they suggested is 58 pounds which i cant really afford at the mo. Should i stick with the 450w will that be ok?. Or should i look around for a new PSU

My specs are:

If the PSU works then keep it, but if you plan on overclocking or see any weird behavior like random restarts or freezes then i suggest upgrading.
