installing linux drivers?

hi everyone,
need some help loading drivers for red hat linux. anyone know the steps on how to load a lan driver? thanks all!!

You need to either compile it into the kernel, or as a module. If you're using the kernel that came with Red Hat the module may already be there. In that case you can use "insmod" to load the module...
