Default computer drama

you see, my computer automatically just turns off or freezes. the computer still runs but everything is frozen. then sometimes when i try to turn the computer on the monitor wont turn on. Sometimes when it does turn on it will freeze within seconds. any ideas?

since i got the computer. its hardware related, more than likely. I cleared my hard drive and reinstalled windows and it still does it

It is almost guaranteed to be your VGA. If it does it on boot up, that means it isn't spyware. If it does it in Windows, yet process continue to run, that pretty much guarantees it to be the VGA.
