It looks like and SLI motherboard to me, but i dont know much about Pantium's,.. if the pentium D is socket 775, then i think it is what youre looking for

It should support a Pentium D and it looks like it does support SLI, but if you're going to get that mobo then you should probably get a Core 2 Duo instead of a Pentium D(assuming this a new build).

Well this board as everyone already said will support the Pentium D that your wanting to set up with it. Now the Duel 16x PCIE Slots are for I want to say crossfire mode with 2 ATI cards. I know they make a hacked Geforce driver for SLI on the New Asus P5**** boards. Anyone know if they make one or if that one would work for this board???
