Default Is it possible to attach a home cinema system to my computer?

Like one of these, but minus the dvd player.... That way i can play games, watch tv/films and sound will be much better. Since my computer is in my bedroom i think its a great idea, also i have a small room... that only enhances it.

I'd just get one of the premium computer speaker systems. I think you'll find their sound to be quite impressive.
