Default Win XP - goes from screen saver to User Account screen

Just set up my new desktop with Windows XM Media. My other machine has XP Pro and I have never noticed this issue with it. I have my screen saver set to go on after about 7 minutes. About 10 - 15 minutes after the screen saver comes on it automatically turns off and the screen goes to the User Account screen. It will then stay on this screen until I open one of the user accounts. I know that there is likely a simple step that I can do to make it so that the screen saver does not shut off and go to the user account screen. Thanks for any help.

Do you have "On resumme, password protect" enabled in your display properties box under the Screen Saver tab...?

I will have to check, however I do not have user accounts set up where a password is required to switch or sign on to an account.
