I need help

Mostly i play games in my computer and it has not created any problem.My PC confugiration is intel P4 2.00Ghz 845grg mother board with 512 RAM and a nVidia GeforceFX5500 256MB video card.My problem is when i play Medal of honor pacific assault i can't hear sound.Like the sound of gunfire,cut scene voices and etc.What can i do to hear the sound>

If you didn't have a bad install of the game itself you may have to look for a set of updated sound drivers to correct this. Are you running onboard or a pci card for sound there?
