Thanks. New question. Im connecting my case fans. which there are 2. I connect those to the molexs right? Atleast one of them is tiny and brown and connect to a 3 prong connection. I am assumingt I dont have to connect that to my mobo correct? Also is System fan considered the powersupply? Thanks

You connect the fans to the molexes, and you can (if you want to) plug the three prong connections to the motherboard to monitor their speeds.

Just wanted to make sure. Also last question for the night. I plugged in my Power supply connector into the ATX connection. It supports a 24 connector but my power supply came with a 20 pin power connector and a 4 pin connector on the same line Does the power pin connector go next to the 20 pin connector and both fit in the 24 connector?

As long as both the 20 and the 4 are in the same bundle, they both go to the 24pin connector. However, there is another 4 pin connector for near the CPU, so I am assuming that you are not talking about that one..
