Default Video Driver Troubles

I have a Toshiba Satallite laptop running a 2.2 ghz Celeron, with 512 mb system memory and an Intell Graphics Chip that shares up to 64 mb with the system memory. I tried to update the graphics drivers that i downloaded from Intells website but I get a messages telling me "Cannot install, please contact the manufacturer."

So I called Toshiba and they want $35 bucks for tech support, not me man.

Anyone have any Ideas what this could be?

Thanks
