Exclamation Big problem (restart)

I dont know if I am in right section. I am using my computer scince last 3 year everything was fine but yesterday a new problem started, my computer started to get restarted automatily. Sometime its after an hour or some time just after a minute. sometimes it restart while loading windows.

pl help

Ps:When ever i try to put anything on usb (like printer, usb hub, etc) it also get restarted.

Run a scan with Spybot and Adaware SE
Post a HijackThis log

Do you ever get any error messages? Any beeps? Blue screens?

Actually an overheating CPU can do that too... I'd be checking temps and fans.

Have you made any hardware changes, my computer started doing that when I added an extra two sticks of ram. Could be a psu problem as well.

It could be lots of things. My first thought was the power supply. RAM could cause such problems too, as mentioned. I have seen sticks just go bad after working for a while...

Well Ram and PSU problems are the most common causes for random reboots. What are your system specs though?

hard to tell where the problem is on that. but if you have a 3 yr old computer that can be unstable.
