open microsoft paint, go to start menu click on run and type mspaint.exe and press enter. then paste and save as a .jpg file.
print screen key copies a screenshot of the current screen to the clipboard, it is up to you to transfer that to a program and save it as a file.

once you have saved the .jpg file you need to upload it, i sugegst either www.imageshack.us or photobucket. i prefer imageshack, upload your pic on there and then copy the URL to it.
Insert the url between [IMG] and [/IMG] tags dragon
