Help with my laptop
It is a Pavilion ze 5185. My boss has given it to me to fix. When booting up I can go into the Bios and run diag tests. But when I actually try to load windows it brings up the Safe mode, Last known good and Start windows normally window. If I select anyof them it starts to load, but at the Windows loading window the power shuts down. The power light blinks on and off the entire time. Any ideas? I can provide more info if needed. Thanks
