Default Desktop Streaming

are there any programs out there that let you stream your current desktop over the internet to someone watching. like you know how Camtasia Studio lets you record your desktop, thats what i want except for that it needs to be able to stream the picture live

You mean something live remote assistance? thats when the other person sees your desktop ot controls it plus it usually comes with your computer already

i dont want my desktop to be controled i just want like a little window that pops up and shows my desktop

the control part is only if u give them access to it.. at first they only see what your doing and nothing else
