Default Need Help with beep code;'s

Installed the 7900gt ko on my M2n-e and i get 1 long beep followed by 2 short.
Which indicates a problem with the video card or the memory on the video card.
The problem is.i cannot figure out what is wrong with it.
Theres power going through it( the fan is spinning) but im getting no singnal from the mointior.

Im thinking it's something to do with cables going to the video card.

Any one ?

EDIT.
I just ran it again. No beep code at all, but there was no signal going to the mointor?
im confused.
I have a DVI cable But my 7900gt comes with these 2 connections that i have to plug the DVI cable into to plug into the card output.

HELP!! please

This is a brand new card? Easiest way to diagnose it? Replace it. No sense monkeying around.

No my board has no onboard video.
dedicated 7900

the connectors and 2 almost white coloured clips.
the end of the VGA connector goes into it.and connects into the GPU
But my mointor tells me that the cable IS in fact DVI.
Im starting to second question it
