Default USB Drive Help (Kinda urgent ;))

Hello,
I am thinking about purchasing a USB drive soon and am having some trouble deciding which is better. I have a Windows XP on my downstairs computer, and 98SE on my upstairs one. I was hoping to be able to transfer files between the two to each other and then being able to use them on computers at school.

Here are the two I am looking at:

Or

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/cus...views.start=11

I like sandisk, as I have many of their products, but all I hear is bad things about this "U3" software, I also heard it would last longer.

For the PNY, I heard is was made out of bad plastic, and that it would not last as long, but it doesn't have "U3" and comes with windows 98 drivers.

Thank you for your help,
-Luigio97
