I'm not quite sure what it's called, but I'm pretty sure it's called a tag, I was looking for a good free program to change the name for files. Here's the problem I'm having, on my PSP it says the tag name of the ROMs and music, not the name I changed it to(for example, it says SuperMrioBro3.nes even if the name of the file is Super Mario Brothers 3 and I want it to say Super Mario Brothers 3.) Thanks in advance.

i don't think there's a way to do that....i may be wrong but the extension identifies the file type without it there would basically be no file...
