Default Shared drive disapears after reboot

On our server we have a drive which is shared with all the contents inside the drive also shared to "everyone" with full access.

When the server gets rebooted the drive is still shared and all but one folder is shared too. I then have to re-share the drive then everyone can see it again. It only happens to this one folder - does anyone know why this is?

TIA

Its a Windows 2000 server. Nobody no matter what machine they are using has access to this share untill it has been re-shared after a reboot
