Default what speed is it?

What speed is it as it says 2.4 and 3800 and what speed would the equivelent itel be?

It's running at 2.4Ghz. You can't compare AMD speeds to Intel speeds, especially now that an Intel running at ~2Ghz can outperform an AMD running at ~2.4Ghz.
