I belive that if you pay through Paypal, you can dispute the payment if you don't recieve you purchase.

Also, since you generally use a credit card with your Paypal account, you can dispute a payment through the credit card company; and I know that will work having had to use that option once (not online, but still).

That sounds fine too. And think about it for a sec, if i really wanted to jip him, why would i make a post about it where anyone could scrutinize, i could get away with it alot easier by just PMing him and in that case i would only have to trick one guy and not the whole forum. And PM on its way.
