Question Question about Dell D810 Display

I use Dell D810 Laptop and I have seen the display being weired after I undock it from my office docking station. It's like the images are distorted in a way, you can see jagged edges of supposedly smooth images. It is really annoying. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I had a problem with a Dell and it's docking station last summer... Maybe they have flaws and it wasn't just me doing something wrong

Anyway, could you post a screenshot of this problem? I'm slightly confused what's actually going on. I assume the machine works fine after it's undocked? Does it "smooth out" after being run for a while?

I'm running things now, don't wanna mess things up...

but the thing is, for example, there are 9 quick launch icons I placed at the lower left corner next to start. They all shows up fine when the laptop is docked on the station. But when I took my laptop home, there are only 6 of them showing up and the rest are hidden. And you can see all icons on my desktop are slightly bigger in size, and these icons' (generally they are just small images) edges appear a little jagged. This will never go away, unless I dock it back to the docking station.
