Default The REAL version of what speed your RAM runs at

There was a lot of confusion in the other thread, because there was also a lot of incorrect information. Here at CF, we try to keep things as accurate as possible.

First of all, DDR400 RAM is NOT 400MHz. Don't try to say that it is. Period. Please read this before posting:
RAM Speeds explanation

and then select your correct RAM speed.
