Default AS5 Question.

I've just replaced my thermal pad with as5 (only a thin layer and it's not oozing out the sides), and it says it requires 200 hours of use to break in, how should I go about it? Leaving the computer on full time, playing games when I can and leaving it idle the rest of the time? Or Normal turn on, use, play, and shut off when I go to bed and turn back on when I get home from school? Would one way cause damage to any of my components?
