Go to Start > Run and type in control userpasswords2. Turn off the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option.

The .NET framework software you installed has added another user account to your system. This user account is what is causing you to view the Welcome screen on bootup. This account can be safely deleted. If you wish to do as the above post suggests the results will be the same. Either way you will boot directly to your desktop.
