Default XiFi vs. Audigy 2 Value

Should I consider buying XiFi or should I juice my Audigy 2 Value for its worth?

He already has the Audigy 2 Value, he wants to know if he should upgrade.

What ports are you using to connect your computer to your stero? Is it just the green port?

I have the Audigy 2 Value with an Acoustic Labs surround sound system and wouldn't bother upgrading, sound quality is very good. If the money is burning a whole in your pocket then go for it, else I wouldn't bother. You probably wouldn't notice a difference unless you have an extremely audio intensive game.

From what you said before it made it seem like he was debating which one of those to get.

If he has it hooked up with only the green cable, then getting an X-Fi won't be used to its full potential.
