Exclamation Please help me!

Hello! I have quite a problem with my pc

it`s getting slower and slower I don`t know what`s going on, and I do not have a virus on my disk as I check it almost every second day....

And if I restart or reset my computer then a disaster happens! it runs so slow it just can`t be normal...

yes, get those two programs, run them in windows safe mode, limit your processes that are running, defrag when you are done
