firewall/msn messenger on my new laptop
well i was reading something somewhere else and they said if you can't sign on msn messenger than you must add msn messenger to your firewall list.. and they said to go to the control panel, and click on security center.. but i don't have a security center and i NEED msn messenger.. pleaseee help me find a way to access my firewall options.
