as you all problee know iam getting a dell laptop with windows xp media center edition now....to copy any movies, tv shows, exc that i watch on my tv at home to my laptop to watch anytime i want wherever i want i can do that right???
and since i have ... ONdemand comcast will that still work with transfering the media ??? and can i have an exact link of what tv tuner and svideo cable ill need thanks |

You can buy a TV Tuner from Dell, which also includes a remote. My friend has it and its pretty good.

oh thank you
and to assure that iam not wasteing my time ill be burning all my *500* sumthing songs from itunes to blank disks so when i get my laptop ill upload em to either itunes or the media center so... |

THe TV Tuner saves the video files to your hard drive, then you can burn them as data or use Nero to make them into playable DVD Videos.
