Default How do I determine the appropriate page file size?

Well here is my specs...
PC: P4 2.4C 800mhz HT, 512 DDR PC3200, 120 GB HD, Sound Blaster Live 5.1, GeForce FX 5200 128

What is the appropriate page file size, and how do I change it? Currently my page file is 289 MB and 960 MB available.

Default

Typically your page file should be 1.5-2 times the size of your RAM, others opinions differentiate from this but ive always found this ratio to be perfectly fine, in your case the page file should be about 1Gb - 1.7gb. Obviously if you had a really old PC this might change around a bit
