Can anyone help me out here?

I noticed this game on the internet and people said it was free,However it needs a Cd key to install.

The games Halo:Custom edition.

Have they stopped distrubuting the keys or what because i cant find anywhere for the Cd key so the game been free is useless anyway

Halo CE (Custom Edition not combat evolved) is an addon program for the retail version of halo combat evolved. To play Halo CE you'll need to buy (Or have a good crack) for halo combat evolved, but ideally you need the halo combat evolved disc, install it, the install Halo CE, and put in your Halo Combat Evolved serial number.

ooh,

Cos i though it was just like the multiplayer part of the game so they made it free.

I wont be buying it...Theres better game out like BF2 and HL2.
