Default Napster Update .. now it crashes

Hi,
Does anybody know why the Napster client is crashing?
I updated with the required patch and now I get C++ Runtime Error whenever I try to run it.
Napster support suggest the obvious ... Virus/adware scans, reinstall etc.
of course none of this helps.
Does anybody else have the problem and hopefully a fix? Otherwise its £10 a month for no reason :-(

I have tried the microsoft support but it doesnt work .. I dont have anything in the DRM folder. (which incidently, even though I have view hidden files switched on, STILL doesnt show - I have to type the address)
~I'm desperate I dont want to stop using the service
thanks loads
laurie

You may want to try the Napster support by email rather then Microsoft on this. http://www.napster.com/quickhelp.html Their faq and troubleshooting sections never mention runtime errors either. An email response would probably be worth the few days waiting time.

Default Napster Runtime Error

Try this URL:

The solution worked for me. I just wonder why Napster couldn't type the same response to me - they wanted me to 'phone them during more or less the exact hours most people are at work...
